Question: Do you need a doctorate in science to work in a R&D centre?

Answer: No. It takes all kinds of people to make a research centre run property. Obviously, it is useful to have a science background to do research, but there is a need for people with many different levels of education: from laboratory technicians to engineers and computer programmers to scientists. Today's research needs to be done with teams of people working together move science forward.
