Food Research and Development Centre

The FRDC, one of 19 research centres in Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada is Canada's largest research centre devoted to food processing. Every day, some 200 people work at the Centre. We specialize in food quality, safety, preservation and processing. FRDC supports the R&D activities of food and beverage processing companies in several innovative ways.
